The customer had already picked every fitting.

Ceiling fans, downlights, outdoor floods, garage lights. All boxed up and ready to go. What they needed was someone who could take those boxes and turn them into a finished home.

Here’s how the Brabham fit-out came together.

The planning came first.

Before we touched a single wire, we walked the property with the homeowner and designed the placement of every fitting. Where each downlight sits affects how the room feels. Get it wrong and you end up with dark corners, glare on the TV, or a bathroom that feels like a hospital.

We mapped out 30+ fittings across the entire house. Every circuit planned. Every zone considered.

Then we got to work.

Starting in the bathrooms, we installed recessed LED downlights and exhaust fans in both the main bathroom and the ensuite. Bathroom electrical work in WA has to meet specific zone requirements under AS/NZS 3000. Every fitting we use is rated for the zone it goes into. No shortcuts.

The hallway got a clean run of downlights spaced for even coverage from the front door to the living area. We integrated the smoke detector into the circuit at the same time. One less thing for the homeowner to worry about later.

In the living area we mounted and wired the ceiling fan with integrated LED kit. Zero visible wiring. Clean ceiling mount. Exactly how it should look in a new build.

The garage got two LED batten lights and the auto garage door motor wired in. Bright, even light across the full floor. The kind of garage you can actually work in.

Outside, we mounted a dual-head LED security flood under the alfresco roof covering the rear yard. Positioned for full coverage with no blind spots.

At the end of the job we handed over a signed compliance certificate covering every circuit.

That’s what a proper fit-out looks like.

The homeowner supplied the fixtures. We supplied the knowledge, the placement, and the standard of work that means nothing needs to be touched again for years.
